Refund policy


Customer satisfaction remains at the heart of everything we do.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Due to hygiene and safety considerations, opened or used perfumes are not eligible for return

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method or store credit, at our discretion

  • Shipping services are complimentary and therefore non-refundable
